JMPFOCAL: FOCAL as a LINC-8 Subroutine

This system uses FOCAL W programs as LINC-mode subroutines
on an 8K LINC-8. It allows FOCAL W to be used to process
data stored on LINCtape.
The FOCAL programs are limited to 585 core locations and
are slower than LINC floating point routines, but they are
easy to write and to format.
