Keyboard Readable Punch

This program should prove useful to users of paper tape who

also have limited core storage. The routine operates manually

from the TTY keyboard (LOCAL) to punch readable

characters. Using this procedure, the leader portion of the

paper tape can be perforated in a meaningful way for tape

identification.
