Dose-Response Routine
FOCAL8-93

Rudolph H. deJong and Roger A. Nace, University of
Washington School of Medicine, Seattle, Washington

The S-shaped log dose-response curve, widely encountered
in biomedical analysis, is transformed to a straight line by
probit conversion. This program outputs log dose and probit
values for subsequent plotting on linear graph paper. The ex-
panded program for 8K systems adds a plotting routine that
outputs a scattergram on automatically scaled coordinates.
