Q31 is changed to a 2N4133 or a BC557.

Cut the top side trace between R79 and C63.
Add a wire from the left side of C63 to the 
base of Q31.  Alternatively, just don't install
C63.

Cut the top side trace leading to E5 pin 18.
Add a wire between E5 pin 18 and E5 pin 19.

Cut the top and bottom side traces leading to E7 pin 18.
Add a wire between E7 pin 18 and E7 pin 19.
Add a wire between E6 pin 8 and E8 pin 8.

Add a 12.1K resistor between the pins of R18 and D1 
nearest the edge connectors.

Add a wire between the rightmost pin of R83 and the 
rightmost pin of C63.
