To boot up the system:

1) Turn on the PDP-8 power with the key.

2) If using the Tektronix storage terminal, turn it on using
   the power switch under the front right of the keyboard.
   Wait for the screen to warm up, and press "CLEAR".
   Enter the following commands:
	FIN @51:141
	OLD @51:
	RUN

4) Turn on the 611 graphics display using the toggle switch inside the
   front panel cover.  Wait for it to warm up, and press "ERASE".

3) Verify that the RK05 emulator is ready, as evidenced by the
   "RDY" light being lit. If it isn't ready, double check that
   the "RUN/LOAD" switch is in the "RUN" position. (The "WT PROT"
   switch should always remain pressed on the unmarked side.)

4) Ensure that "HALT" and "SNG STEP" switches are in they "UP"
   position.  Toggle the "SW" switch on the left of the front
   panel up and then back down.

5) A dot prompt (".") should appear on the console terminal.
