Made by Imperial Toy Corp (same as Terri's Treasures), dated 1980. Note it has the same silverware, candles & napkins/rings as the Silvercast sets. Larger "crystal" plates (more like shallow bowls) are somewhat large for 1/6 scale (maybe a centerpiece bowl) while the smaller "crystal" plates are about the same size as the dinner plates in the Silvercast sets.
